✦ Advanced Moves!✦ 

Expectations: As an advanced rider you should be able to know each intermediate move & withhold each intermediate expectation!

 

✰ Halfway ▸ Start a curl in trot, then once you are almost facing the fence you were on, start cantering.

✰ Clockwork ▸ On the first go, slant curl comb wave, on the second go, each rider will curl over backwards (so away from your lead of line), to a straight arena line, to merge both lines. on the third go, each rider will snap.

✰ Fate moves â–¸ Riders will fate for each transition move (bee curls, etc), but you’d do one curl one way, then the other, the opposite way. (e.g ‘’Bee Fate Left’’ > Trot curl left, canter curl right).

✰ Fudge ▸ On the first go, fountain, on the second go, dodge to the inside.

✰ Love ▸ On the first go, bear in direction stated, on the second go, curl over the opposite direction.

✰ Paperclip ▸ Fate one way, then curl the opposite way.

✰ Rose â–¸ Curl, keyhole, keyhole, curl. Alternating directions. (e.g ‘’Rose left’’ > 1st go: Curl left. 2nd go: Keyhole right. 3rd go: Keyhole left. 4th go: Curl right).

✰ Thorn â–¸ Keyhole, curl, curl, keyhole. Alternating directions. (e.g ‘’Thorn right’’ > 1st go: Keyhole right. 2nd go: Curl left. 3rd go: Curl right. 4th go: Keyhole left).

✰ Ring ▸ From a very close tier, the rider closest to the direction stated walk curls, the rider farthest from the stated direction, will canter curl around them. All in one go.

✰ Sting â–¸ Bee curl wave, twist, reverse bee curl wave, twist. For each move there will be a separate go. (There will be 4 go’s)

✰ OBI â–¸ Twist, curl left, twist, curl right, four go’s.

✰ Galaxy ▸ Walk curl in direction stated, canter curl the opposite way, trot curl the original direction. Called in 1 go, move onto each curl once the previous curl has been completed.

✰ Sundae ▸ Walk curl over, trot curl over, canter curl over, in alternating directions. (e.g sundae right, right, left, right).

✰ Sorbet ▸ Reverse sundae, normal sundae.

✰ Utopia â–¸ Comb, curl over in the same direction, snap, all in three separate go’s.

✰ Harp â–¸ Slant comb, curl over forwards back onto the slant, merge, all in three separate go’s.

✰ Tidal ▸ Using secondary numbers, 1's walk curl on first go, 2's trot curl on second go, 3's canter curl on third go.

✰ Whirl â–¸ Keyhole then snap, two go’s.

✰ Key switch â–¸ Whilst in a rein, keyhole towards outside, then snap, there will be two go’s.

✰ Pick â–¸ Walk keyhole, Canter keyhole, Trot keyhole. (Can be called with separate go’s for each move, but can also be done with just moving onto the next move once straight).

✰ Rumble ▸ A's triple curl, B's reverse triple curl, all in one go.

✰ Clover ▸ 4 keyholes. (Left, right, right left, or vice versa).

✰ Aries ▸ On a slant line, on the first go, A's walk comb, B's trot comb, in those gaits, on the second go, snap back onto the slant, then on the third go, a's go into trot.

✰ Royal â–¸ On the first go, A's will walk slant comb, B's will canter slant comb, on the second go, snap, then on the third go, riders will complete a ring. (For the snap, it’ll be called not to merge but to be in a close tier). (Created by Laila Westlee).

✰ Doodle ▸ A's dodge, B's squiggle, same directions.

✰ Peel ▸ A's curl over, B's carry on forwards, same directions.

✰ Action [FORMATION] ▸ From a halted formation everyone trots forwards to make a moving formation. Keeping all the formations required spacings/alignments.

✰ Bubble ▸ Everyone creates an individual circle of the specified size.

✰ Dragonfly ▸ First go riders will feather, Second go riders will backbend towards leader, Third go, snap.

✰ Stripe ▸ First two riders comb left the next two comb right so on down the line.

✰ Horizon ▸ Comb on the first go, Slant comb wave on the second go.

✰ Fin ▸ Fish wave.

✰ Scale ▸ Fish in the stated direction on the first go. Then fish in the opposite direction to put the line(s) straight again.

✰ Lace up ▸ From a slant, canter keyhole backwards to fall onto the opposite slant. Can be done as many times as the instructor commands go. On the last go, turn straight.

✰ Nut ▸ On the first go, slant comb wave, then on the second go, fish to the inside, on the third and fourth go, bow-tie to the outside. Merge back into line.

✰ Purr ▸ A's double curl left, B's combo right, all on the same go.

✰ Milky way ▸ A's galaxy left, B's orbit right, all on the same go.

✰ Black hole ▸ A's Mirror triple curl left, B's alternate mirror triple curl right, on the same go.

✰ Boomerang ▸ Dodge in stated direction, Comb in opposite direction, Dodge in same direction.

✰ Hero â–¸ Twist, then combo wave. Can either be called with two go’s or just one!

✰ Mouse ▸ A's fate on the first go, B's curl on the second go.

✰ Hunter ▸ On the first go A's will curl over. On second go B's will curl over and A's will curl away from the other line.

✰ Crochet â–¸ Using secondary numbers (1,2,3,4) 1’s and 3’s ride straight, 2’s will trot curl and 4’s will walk curl. (Called like ‘’1’s, go’’ then ‘’2’s go’’, etc).

✰ Overcast ▸ A's key-curl on the first go and B's pin. On the second go, B's will snap into the A riders line.

✰ Koi â–¸ Hill, then split at X,  fish to the inside resulting in an action arrow.
